As a Turkish & Canadian citizen, born in 1986, I have transformed my childhood passion for drawing cars into a fulfilling profession. Ever since I was very young, I was captivated by cars, and I would collect car magazines to inspire myself to sketch my own designs. 993 Turbo was my first and still is my #1 dream car, so, that "PORSCHE love" always had a huge influence in my career and life. After completing high school, together with my family, I moved to Canada (2004) and started studying industrial design in Toronto, ON. However, it wasn't until I spent a few years in college that I realized my true passion was "car design", so I switched to IED. With dedication and hard work, I successfully obtained my Bachelor's (2009) and Master's degrees (2011) in "Transportation Design" from Istituto Europeo di Design (IED Torino) in Italy.

Over the years, I have gained invaluable experience by working in multinational environments at various companies in different countries in Europe. I love staying up-to-date with the latest trends in art and technology. I always enjoy creating my own concept designs to keep my creativity flowing. Streamline / aerodynamic designs and clear surfaces can define my style. 

Outside of work, I like to keep active by working out at my home gym and riding my Wilier Garda carbon road bicycle outdoors. My interests are varied and include drawing, driving, cars, F1, art, science, philosophy, astronomy, traveling, hiking, gastronomy, coffee, music, watches, drums, Lego, flying on Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and playing F1 & Forza car racing simulations...

Since 2019, I have been running my own private company - emrEHusmen® design - in Toronto & Istanbul. I provide online independent design works and advanced visual solutions to Automotive and Entertainment industries worldwide.
